Sep 15, 2008 (newstodate): Turkey's TAV Airports Holding Inc., has submitted a non-binding preliminary offer for the tender regarding the acquisition of Kazakhstan's Almaty International Airport.
In cooperation with Goldman Sachs International, TAV bids for 50 percent of the shares in the airport.
