Sep 24, 2008 (newstodate): Georgia's TAM AIR has reportedly suspended all air traffic.
The carrier, based at Tblisi, Georgia, says the suspension is due to the effects from the recent military operations that severed civil aviation in the country.
The carrier's network comprised routes from Tblisi to Sochi, Rostov and Mineralny Vody in Russia.
Only in July, 2008, the Georgian consulting company PMCG was contracted to undetake a business analysis of TAM AIR in order to provide the basis for a new airline development strategy, expectedly supported by EBRD.
