Aug 25, 2008 (newstodate): The Swedish carrier NextJet AB of Sollentuna, has acquired three ATP passenger aircraft.
From late October, 2008, the aircraft will be introduced for on thin routes linking smaller communities in the north of the country to the capital Stockholm.
The three aircraft are being sub-leased from ATP operator West Air Sweden that will also provide maintenance and support to the NextJet operations
Two of the aircraft have already been delivered to NextJet from the existing West Air Sweden fleet while the third aircraft has been newly leased from BAE Systems to West Air Sweden to cover the NextJet requirement.
