Aug 26, 2008 (newstodate): Iceland's ACMI provider, Air Atlanta Icelandic has landed a new contract with MASkargo.
Effective from September 1, 2008, Air Atlanta Icelandic will add an Airbus A300-600RF to its current fleet of aircraft operating for MASkargo in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in addition to its current operations with four Boeing 747 aircraft on behalf of MASkargo.
The contract for the new Airbus freighter with MASkargo runs till the end of 2009, and the aircraft will be deployed to operate scheduled cargo flights out of Kuala Lumpur.
The cooperation between the two companies started with a first contract in 2002
