Jul 1, 2008 (newstodate): The Russian carrier Volga-Dnepr airlines has introduced flights to Cheboksary and Ulyanovsk from Moscow International Airport Domodedovo.
The flights to Cheboksary in Russia's Chuvash Republic will be operated three times weekly, using YAK-40 aircraft, while flights to Ulyanovsk, the administrative center of Ulyanovsk Oblast, with YAK-40 will be offered once weekly.
