Jun 4, 2008 (newstodate): The Ukrainean carrier Donbassaero has signed a contract with A J Walter Aviation to provide power-by-the-hour support for its two Airbus A320 aircraft.
The contract, taking effect from April 2008, will run for five years, with provisions for a further 24 months.
A J Walter Aviation specialises in the supply and repair of a wide range of aircraft components, also offering leasing components, power-by-the-hour and ground support services.
Donbassaero is amidst a fleet expansion program with western aircraft including one Boeing 767-300 and two Airbus A320 entering service during the first half of 2008, followed by the lease of two Boeing 737-800 aircraft in the latter half of the year.
