Jun 19, 2008 (newstodate): Ukraine's aviation authority has recalled the air worthiness certificates for all aircraft not equipped with TCAS, EGPWS and other anti-collision systems.
The recall, taking effect from June 1, 2008, reportedly involves 79 aircraft under Ukrainean registration, primarily Yak-40 and AN-24 aircraft, and has forced some airlines to cancel services on domestic and international routes.
