During this year's Q1, Denmark and Sweden generated almost the same volume of IATA export to Africa, 1,210 and 1,267 tonnes, respectively.
But while Sweden's exports to Africa declined by 11.8 percent, y-o-y, Denmark's exports increased by 23.3 percent.
IATA exports destined for Africa thus constituted 4.5 percent of the total cargo volumes in Sweden, and 6.5 percent in Denmark.
Revenues from the African IATA exports constituted 5.7 percent of the totals in the Swedish market, down 19.5 percent, y-o-y, and 10.3 percent in the Danish IATA export market, up 14.1 percent.
Norway generated a meagre 550 tonnes of IATA cargo destined for Africa, which was an increase by 21.3 percent, but revenues grew only 7.3 percent, y-o-y.
