Jun 23, 2008 (newstodate): Georgia and Armenia have inked a new air services agreement, liberalising air traffic between the two markets.
The new agreement removes all restrictions as to tariffs, capacity and frequencies, and airlines with the capacity to perform international flights from the two countries will be allowed to operate between any destinations in the countries.
The two countires have also agreed to enforce EU standards of air transportation.
