The carrier will launch daily flights on the new route from October 26, 2008, using Boeing 676 aircraft.
The aircraft, with a four-class configuration, is expected to attract cargo and mail loads between the two capitals.
As a member of the Star Alliance, United Airlines will use Moscow Domodedovo Airport as its Russian gateway.
