May 20, 2008 (newstodate): The Russian carrier Vladivostok Avia plans to introduce Airbus A330 aircraft on non-stop longhaul routes from next year.
The carrier plans to take two A330 aircraft on a lease arrangement, with the first aircract to arrive in April, 2009, and the second in November, 2009.
Plans are to introduce the new aircraft on the route between Vladivostok by the Pacific coast and Moscow.
The carrier is also building up a fleet of six Airbus A320 aircraft, with the last two aircraft to be delivered in 2009.
