Apr 17, 2008 (newstodate): Russia's Federal Tariffs Service has designed a new rates scheme for ground handling services at Moscow's three airports.
In general, the rates will increase by some 30 percent, but the scheme will differentiate between Russian and foreign airlines, with significantly heavyer charges levied on ground handling services provided to foreign airlines.
