Apr 24, 2008 (newstodate): More flights and routes between Georgia and Russia are in the pipeline as the flight ban was lifted last month.
From May, Georgian Airways and Rossiya will launch flights between Tblisi and St Petersburg.
Also from early summer, Georgian Airways will start operating new routes to Moscow from Batumi and Kutaisi, Georgia, while Ural Airlines will commence flights from Yekaterinburg to Tblisi.
The Russian airline Center-Avia also plans to launch flights on a route between Moscow and Batumi, Georgia.
