Mar 11, 2008 (newstodate): Boeing has still to comment on rumours of a further, third delay of its Dreamliner program.
Rumours say the EIS of the Boeing 787 may be delayed till Q3, 2009, against May 2008 that was originally slated as the first delivery date.
The program has already been officially delayed in two steps, accruing to nine months.
If eventually confirmed, the latest delay will further bridge the EIS gap between the Boeing 787 and its competitor, the Airbus A350, slated for EIS by 2013.
