Feb 20, 2008 (newstodate): The Russian carrier Rusline, based in Moscow, has become the first airline to operate scheduled flights with a Bombardier CRJ regional aircraft in Russia.
RusLine plans to operate the CRJ100 on its routes from Vnukovo to Magnitogorsk, Kurgan, Ufa and Elista in Russia, and to Aktobe, Kazakhstan, and other destinations.
RusLine started charter and air taxi operations from Moscow's Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo airports in 1994, and has added scheduled flights from February 14, 2008.
The carrier operates a fleet comprising 10 Yakolev Yak-40, four Yakolev Yak-40K, and four Tupolev TU-134A
