Dec 4, 2008 (newstodate): Turkish cargo airline KUZU Airlines Cargo has taken delivery of its second Airbus A310F freighter on December 1, 2008.
KUZU has acquired a total of three ex-Semirates SkyCargo aircraft that will operate our of Istanbul on the carrier's network of routes to Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
The first A310F freighter was delivered from Emirates to KUZU on October 16, 2008, and the remaining A310F will be delivered around the turn of the year, taking KUZU's fleet of freighter aircraft to seven aircraft, including the four Airbus A300B4F, with a joint capacity of 300 tonnes.
