Dec 3, 2008 (newstodate): Singapore and Romania have signed an Open Skies Agreement paving the way for full flexibility on air services.
The agreement enables Singaporean carriers to operate any number of cargo and passenger flights between Singapore and points in Romania, as well as beyond Romania to any other city in the world, while carriers in Romania may operate any number of flights to and beyond Singapore.
This latest agreement with Romania is Singapore's 16th with EU member states.
