Nov 4, 2008 (newstodate): Russia's Nizhny Novgorod Strigino Airport is reportedly on its own again in seeking a partner for its modernisation plans.
A former agreement with Moscow City government to buy 90 percent of the share in the airport has been abruptly nullified, leaving the airport company to re-think its road to modernisation.
In the plans now is the opening of a public tender to attract foreign and other investors.
