Nov 17, 2008 (newstodate): A tender will soon be announced for investors to finance the reconstruction of Russia's Nizhny Novgorod Strigino Airport.
Both foreign and domestic investors will be called upon, and tender documents are soon becoming available.
Earlier in 2008, an agreement with Moscow City government to buy 90 percent of the stake in the airport was nullified, leaving the airport company to re-think its road to modernisation.
