Nov 14, 2008 (newstodate): In October, cargo volumes continued to grow at Estonia's Tallinn Airport.
The airport handled a total of 5.200 tonnes of cargo, an increase by 30.1 percent, y-o-y, as before due to massive volumes of ex-China exports for the Russian market, transited through the airport.
Airfreight imports thus comprised 5,006 tonnes, a growth by 35.3 percent while exports were down 51.8 percent, to 0.1 tonnes.
