Jan 11, 2008 (newstodate): Bulgaria's government has agreed to transfer the decommissioned Krumovo airport, near Plovdiv, to the transport ministry, paving the way for its future commercial use.
Included in the transfer are the runway, taxiways and other installations.
The government has also decided to grant the financing of the construction of a new runway and a new taxiway.
