Jan 21, 2008 (newstodate): The Italian Astaldi Group has landed a Euro 76 million contract for the third phase of the project for the development and modernisation of Bucharest Otopeni International Airport, Romania.
Astaldi already carried out the modernization works of the first two phases of this project, valued at Euro 214 million.
The third phase of the projects includes expansion of the airport's arrival hall and several other infratructure elements.
The works will start at the beginning of 2008 and expected to last some 36 months.
