Sep 17, 2007 (newstodate): The Ukrainean carrier UM Airlines is requesting the EU commission to re-evaluate the ban on the carreir's flights within the EU territoty.
The carrier claims to have remedied by September 13 all deficiences in its air safety and maintenance programs found the earlier inspections.
