Sep 26, 2007 (newstodate): The Hungarian carrier Malev will probably become the first Europe airline to operate the Russian SuperJet 100.
Malev, now owned by the Russian KrasAir, is expected to place orders for 15 SuperJets.
The SuperJet has now been rolled-out and will fly for the first time before the end of this year.
Plans are to boost production capacity to five or six aircraft per month from 2010.
