Sep 24, 2007 (newstodate): The Russian airline KD Avia has routes to Istanbul and Tel Aviv high on its list of new destinations to be launched soon.
The carrier now has 15 Boeing 737-300 aircraft in its fleet, based at Kaliningrad Khabrovo Airport.
The airport has now completed building of the first stage of its new passenger terminal, with work on the second stage to be omcpleted in 2008, allowing handling of up to seven million passengers per year.
