Aug 3, 2007 (newstodate): Ukrainean carrier Aerosvit has confirmed its dedication to an all-Boeing aircraft fleet.
The carrier has ordered up to 14 Boeing 737-800 aircraft with fuel-saving Blended Winglets.
The order for seven aircraft plus seven options marks AeroSvit's first direct purchase from Boeing since the carrier was founded in 1994.
AeroSvit will gradually replace its fleet of 13 737 Classic airplanes with the new aircraft ordered.
