SAS currently owns 42.7 percent of the stock, but is expected to go for a majority share in the airline.
As part of its "Strategy 2011", SAS will seek majority ownership in both the Latvian airBaltic and the Estonian carrier Estonian Air, where its now holds 49 percent of the shares.
