Aug 28, 2007 (newstodate): The Russian Air Navigation Agency, Rosaeronavigatsiya has formulated a plan for a unified system to enhance air safety in Russian airspace.
Slated to be implemented during the period 2008-2010, the plan has now been submitted to comments from 145 airlines and 50 airports in Russia.
