Jun 21, 2007 (newstodate): Traxon Europe's new partner in Hungary is Cargo Community System Hungary.
The agreement provides for electronic message exchange between Hungarian forwarders and handling agents connected to CCS Hungary and, initially, to Air France and KLM.
-As a first step, some of Traxon's airlines will receive information from the CCS Hungary forwarders with the newly established IP link between Traxon and CCS Hungary. Both our companies are searching for further areas of cooperation, says Istvan Csany, CCS Hungary director.
Founded in 1993 in Budapest to develop an IATA/FIATA standard Cargo Community System to complement the existing automated system, CCS Hungary now connects all Hungarian air forwarders as well as a number of airlines, while Customs and Insurance companies interface to the system.
