Jun 20, 2007 (newstodate): Romania's air traffic service provider, ROMATSA, is implementing new digital radio equipment delivered by Park Air Systems.
To be completed before the end of this year, the project comprises digital radio equipment to be installed at eight radio communication sites including Bucharest, Costilla, Constanta, Topolos, Postavaru, Cluj, Bacau and Oradea.
The new system will enhance quality and reliability in communication within Romania's airspace.
