Jun 26, 2007 (newstodate): The aviation authorities of Russia and Japan met in Tokyo to discuss pending issues in commercial air traffic between the two markets.
The Russian side succeeded in obtaining six additional slots for passesenger or cargo flights in Tokyo Narita Airport, but failed in moving the Japanese party to allow for the opening of direct cargo flights from St Petersburg to Tokyo.
