Jun 27, 2007 (newstodate): Nordic Airport Properties, NAP, a partnership between the Swedish Luftfartsverket and the US company Airis, is to change ownership.
50 percent of NAP has been acquired by GECAS through its newly-acquired subsidiary Lynx, with Luftfartsverket holding the remaining stake in the deal expected to be confirmed by mid-July.
NAP is currently constructing new cargo facilities at Sweden's Stockholm Arlanda, Gothenburg Landvetter and Malmo Sturup airports, with plans for more projects in the pipeline.
