Jun 12, 2007 (newstodate): Plans for a merger between Romania's two capital airports have been suspended after a court ruling.
The merger of Bucharest Baneasa and Otopeni Airports were started this spring, but a Romanian company, Utility Aviation service, has taken the issue to court on disputes over real estate involved.
Romania's transport mininster will now seek a government decision to allow the two airports to operate separately until the dispute has been solved.
