Jun 14, 2007 (newstodate): CASS reports an increase in Denmark's export cargo volumes in this year's Q1.
Total volumes carried on IATA airlines were 16,711 tonnes, up 8.3 percent, y-o-y.
Cargo exports to North America, constituting 28.4 percent of the total volume, remained at the top of the list with 4,758 tonnes, up 9.2 percent.
Second came exports to China, 1,929 tonnes, up 11.5 percent, followed by exports to the Middle East, up 10.6 percent to 1,777 tonnes.
Exports to South East Asia came 4th with 1,467 tonnes, up 8.8 percent, followed by exports to South West Pacific, 1,340 tonnes, up eight percent.
European exports, 1,078 tonnes, were up 6.5 percent, and Japan followed with 1,065 tonne, an increase by 6.4 percent.
