Apr 27, 2007 (newstodate): The Volga-Dnepr Group's AirBridgeCargo has announced its ambitious plans for expansion.
From November the carrier will start transpolar flights from Krasnoyarsk to Toronto-Houston, and then on to Amsterdam.
Also being planned are new services from Tel Aviv and Budapest to Moscow, and increased frequencies will be introduced on other routes.
Also in the pipeline are new services to India, and a second US destination, probably Chicago.
The carrier's hub at Krasnoyarsk is expected to be opened by June, with the official opening a month later.
