Mar 20, 2007 (newstodate): Irkutsk Airport is modernising its GSE park
The airport currently rely on trucks and forklifts to provide aircraft ground services, but it will now gradually phase in new electrical equipment to match the needs of aircraft including the Airbus A310, Boeing 767 and other widebody aircraft.
First to come is a Latvian-made electrical lift, to be followed by a Bulgarian-made hi-loader, but more equipment is being assessed for acquisition.
