Mar 9, 2007 (newstodate): Aeroflot Cargo is preparing to open a new chapter as its receives its second MD-11 freighter in September, 2007.
The new aircraft will be deployed on a new twice-weekly Trans-Pacific freighter route from Khabarovsk via Anchorage to Chicago, to be inaugurated on September 15.
The aircraft will also be introduced on the freighter route from Khabarovsk to Seoul, South Korea.
Also in September Aeroflot Cargo will start operations on a new scheduled freighter service from Moscow via Baku to Bombay and Dubai, returning from there to Moscow.
This latter route will be operated twice-weekly with DC-10-40F aircraft and connected to European networks.
