Feb 1, 2007 (newstodate): A new international airport on the border between Ukraine and Russia is being planned.
The airport will reportedly be located on the boundary between Belgorod, Russia, and Kharkov, Ukraine.
Land has been secured for the project on the Russian, but so far no further details are available.
