The airport, that does not have a strong focus on cargo, also saw its passenger volumes rising in January, reaching a total of 81,504 passengers, up 20 percent y-o-y.
In January 2007, aircraft movements increased to 1,582, representing a 18 percent increase, and the total takeoff weight amounted to 45,753 tonnes, a 14 percent increase over January 2006.
