Dec 19, 2007 (newstodate): The Russian carrier UTAir has seen a strong growth in its cargo volumes in January-November, 2007.
Cargo on the carrier's passenger flights were up 21.2 percent, to 10,256 tonnes, and mail volumes grew 40.9 percent to 1,597 tonnes.
The carrier is strong in rotary-wing operations as well, lifting a total of 73,406 tonnes of cargo on helicopters, up 26.7 percent during the period.
