Dec 7, 2007 (newstodate): Menzies Aviation has inaugurated its new cargo terminal at Sweden's Malmo Sturup Airport.
Doubling the original space, the new terminal provides 4,500 sq m in its first stage, and more modules may be added as needs arise.
Menzies Aviation Sweden, managed by Axel Loecken, acquired Malmo Air Cargo in August 2006 as the company's first Scandinavian cargo business.
Malmo Sturup Airport expects to handle about 50,000 tonnes of air cargo in 2007.
