Dec 5, 2007 (newstodate): The Serb government's consultant on JAT privatisation, Rotschild has now presented its recommendations.
The consultant has identified two viable alternatives for the government to decide upon.
One altenative implies selling off 51 percent, or the majority to a new owner, while the other alternative implies that the government retains the majority in the carrier.
It is understood that Aeroflot's initial bid will require the acquisition of a majority share in the carrier.
