Nov 30, 2007 (newstodate): Scandinavian Ground handling company Novia Sweden has acquired Malmo Airport's Sturup Handling AB in a deal taking effect from December 1, 2007.
With the acquisition, Novia will be present at Sweden's three major airport Stockholm Arlanda, Gothenburg Landvetter and Malmo Sturup, in addition to its stronghold at Copenhagen Airport, Denmark.
The current owner of Storup Handling AB is the Swedish state-owned company LFV Holding.
In August, 2007, Menzies Aviation bought the entire stock in the Swedish Malmo Air Cargo.
