The Hungarian lcc Wizz Air has announced plans for a new route between Sofia and Varna to be operated four times weekly.
The new Bulgarian domestic flight will be followed by more new Bulgarian Wizz Air flights, including routes from Sofia to Milan-Bergamo, Valencia, Barcelona and Izmir.
The planned expansion of Bulgarian flights will require the stationing of a further Airbus A320 aircraft from next summer.
