Nov 16, 2007 (newstodate): Volga-Dnepr Group's AirBridge Cargo has taken in its first of three new Boeing 747-400ER freighter on November 15.
The new aircraft will enter operational service on the route from Hong Kong to Russia from November 19.
All three new freighters are acquired under a lease arrangement with GECAS.
The new aircraft join the current fleet of four Boeing 747-200F and Boeing 474-300 freighters.
With the delivery, ABC will offer seven weekly flights on routes from Shanghai and Hong Kong.
The carrier will next receive five Boeing 747-8F aircraft during 2010-2013, and also holds options for a further aircraft of this type.
