Oct 25, 2007 (newstodate): Scandinavia's IATA export airfreight to the Middle East markets are rising fast.
During January-September, the three Scandinavian countries exported a total of 12,128 tonnes of airfreight to the Middle East.
Half of the Scandinavian airfreight, or 6,641 tonnes, was generated by Sweden that increased by 45.9 percent, y-o-y.
Denmark's IATA exports to the Middle East accrued to 3,475 tonnes, up 20.3 percent, while Norway exported 2,012 tonnes, up 53.4 percent.
