In Estonia, a national finance and investment bank, Cresco, will place its bid on the 33 percent stake in Estonian Air currently held by the Estonian state.
SAS has already demonstrated its wish to take this stake, and already holds 49 percent of the shares in Estonian Air.
In Lithuania, flyLAL has aired that it is interested in buying the Lithuanian state's stake of 52.8 percent in the Latvian carrier airBaltic, now a company in the SAS Group, with SAS holding 47.2 percent.
flyLAL is the only Baltic carrier without SAS ownership, all shares of the airline belong to flyLAL Group consortium, owned by Lithuanian companies.
