Oct 5, 2007 (newstodate): The Russian carrier Ural Airlines has now confirmed a firm order for the acquisition of seven new A320 aircraft.
The firm order follows on a LoI signed at this year's le Bourget event.
The carrier also reserved the right to convert all or some of the A320 orders into A321 aircraft deliveries.
Ural Airlines currently operates two leased A320 aircraft used on routes from Ekaterinburg to Moscow, Hurgada, Sharm-El-Sheikh, Munich, Dusseldorf, Prague, Bangkok, Delhi and Tianjin.
