Oct 19, 2007 (newstodate): The Aeroprojekt Research Institute of Moscow has produced a Feasibility Study for Investment in the Reconstruction and Modernisation of Kurumoch International Airport.
The plans, building on the Feasibility Study comprising forecasts of aviation growth in the next 18 years, have already been approved by the Federal Air Transport Agency of the Transport Ministry of the Russian Federation.
The implementation of the plans will develop Kurumoch International Airport as an air transport hub in the national network of airports.
Kurumoch International Airport in the Central Volga region ranks among Russia's top ten airports.
