Oct 17, 2007 (newstodate): Today will see the first commercial flight from Norway's new civil airport, at Moss Airport Rygge.
The flight will be a charter flight for tour operators, and operations at the airport will be limited to one or two weekly flights until February 2008, when the lcc Norwegian will start operations, bringing the weekly total of operations to more than 100.
The airport is under military ownership, but has obtained rights to start commercial flight operations.
